Judy Smith is a fully qualified and insured holistic practitioner with over twelve years experience.
She runs a corporate practice (fulcrum) offering Hand Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Reiki Balance, MT (Metamorphic Technique) and A Catalyst Programme and a private clinic offering Reflexology and Metamorphic Technique.
Philosophy
Judy recognises that there are resources within each of us, which have the ability to heal or change us and her role is a catalyst to that process, supporting the individual and the organisation to realise their full potential without interference or direction.
Qualifications
- Reflexology - member of Association of Reflexologists
- MT - trained with Gaston Saint Pierre, principal of the Metamorphic Association
- Indian Head Massage - trained with Narendra Mehta, principal of the London Centre of Indian Champissage
- Reiki - 2nd Degree Attunement
- Business Skills - Thames Valley Enterprise
- Counselling for Therapists - Academy of Natural Health
- Adult Teaching Award - City and Guilds
- Professional Liability Insurance - underwritten by Lloyds
Business Development
Since qualifying in 1993, Judy has continued to update her knowledge and skills and develop her practice in private therapy rooms, Health & Fitness Clubs including Spirit and Cannons and in the workplace including BT and Bucks County Council.
Judy developed a menu of therapies and techniques for corporate clients, to enable their staff to relax and revive during the working day. (click here for details) Here are some of their comments:
